Accuracy improvements

In 2024, the Ribbon team has been laser-focused on improving the quality of the data our customers receive. We’ve retrained our machine learning models to better predict accuracy scores, resulting in an 8% improvement in provider data accuracy.

For customers that call providers, this means that for every 10 phone calls placed, there is one fewer issue than before.

Expect to see more improvements in accuracy and data coverage in the coming months as our team continues to prioritize and invest here.
