In this release we’re sharing two exciting new tools that will make your life infinitely easier.

Directory Viewer

Directory Viewer is a visual representation of Ribbon’s provider endpoint, allowing users to view, filter, and download Ribbon data without calling an API. Customers can now interact with data without the API or building a UI, easily analyze data as a whole, and download data on their own without Ribbon support. Directory Viewer is currently in beta with plans to launch in early Q3.

Plan Mapping

Ribbon’s new Plan Mapping Tool offers a single platform for customers to upload their members’ plans. It includes a proprietary algorithm to match these plans to Ribbon networks, eliminating the time-consuming and manual plan mapping process. This new tool will significantly streamline the process of connecting to Ribbon’s network data, and minimize the risk of incorrect mappings.

The Plan Mapping Tool is currently in beta testing and is expected to launch early Q3. If you currently spend time mapping insurance plans to Ribbon UUIDs and would like to be a beta customer, please reach out to [email protected].
