Ribbon has partnered directly with a variety of innovative virtual and at-home care platforms to curate and surface searchable profiles for each. This endpoint helps users find detailed information on specific platforms that may be relevant to their care needs

Why is it useful?

Ribbon's Digital Care Networks can power different use cases, including:

• Use the providers/locations endpoints to surface in-person and digital care options together via one unified search experience
• Discovering more information on virtual care platforms including website, sign-up information, and their care model
• Searching virtual care platforms by criteria such as name, geographic area, insurance plans accepted, and specialties
